Andrew “Andy” R. Little started Queenswood Partners to continue his real estate investment banking efforts with a bias toward investing with his sponsor clients and helping them with their capital raising efforts in a mutually beneficial way.
Before starting his own firm, Andy led equity and debt placement efforts at John B. Levy & Company, Inc. for over twenty-eight years, helping clients structure transactions tailored to their specific needs. Often initiating efforts to invest with the firm’s clients, he helped the firm grow both its equity investor and debt provider base.
He serves on the Executive Committee of the Virginia Tech Program in Real Estate and is past Chairman of the Trends Conference for the VCU Real Estate Circle of Excellence and Vice President of its Executive Committee.
He was a past member of the Entrepreneurial Investment and Development Forum of NAIOP and was the former Chairman of the Investment Management Forum.
He also serves locally as Chairman of the Board for Richmond Friends of the Homeless.
Andy received his degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech and obtained his CPA.
He holds the Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 securities licenses.
He also continues to write a bi-lined article for the Richmond Times-Dispatch on a monthly basis which he has been doing for the last 25 years.
